CONTEXT
Vertuoz is the story of a passion for badminton, but also of an ambition: to create equipment that elevates the game. Balancing performance and elegance, the brand offers both enthusiasts and competitors products designed to bring out their full potential on every court.

BRIEF
From the very beginning of the project, we stood alongside the brand to bring its ambition to life. Brand strategy, positioning, visual identity, racket design—every detail was carefully considered to create a brand that reflects their image: strong, distinctive, and meaningful.



Logo
The creation of the Vertuoz logo was shaped by several technical challenges specific to the world of badminton.The first was ensuring perfect readability of the logo on the shaft of the racket—a particularly narrow surface. This led us to design a typeface that is legible, well-balanced, and thick enough to ensure optimal visibility, even at small sizes. The second challenge involved the icon, which was meant to appear on the string bed. We had to imagine a symbol that was simple, formally refined, and bold enough to remain visible and recognizable despite the constraints of the strings: thin threads and numerous empty spaces.These constraints shaped a logo that is both technical, legible, and impactful—perfectly suited to the demands of the sport and visual performance.



Every line in the Vertuoz icon has meaning. Designed to be clean and readable, it symbolizes the "V" in Vertuoz, the iconic posture of a player about to smash with their racket raised, and the base of a shuttlecock—an emblematic element of the sport. A design that appears simple, yet holds deep meaning for anyone who shares a passion for badminton.
