Where our name comes from ?
When tennis is broadcast on television screens, the players, balls and lines are all in white, so it is very difficult to distinguish one from the other. The broadcasters then proposed to the International Tennis Federation the color fluorescent yellow, also called "optic yellow" which, according to research, is the most visible color on television.
